Terms and Conditions

The following terms and conditions apply to "Big Shot Security", a trade name under Pinnacle Capital Holdings Inc.  in which facilitate security solutions and sets out the basic rights, obligations and limitations of Big Shot Security to its Customers . All of the terms and conditions contained herein (hereinafter referred to as “Terms”) bind both Big Shot Security and the customer and are subject to change from time to time at the sole discretion of Big Shot Security, without any prior notice to the Customer.  “Customer” and “You” are used interchangeably herein. 

All security products used by Big Shot Security vendors and suppliers are not guaranteed to stop burglary entry or theft. Big Shot Security is not liable for any such loss as a result in product or service malfunction. Products offered herein are simply deterrents, not guaranteed entry prevention. All terms not listed herein are provided directly by the partners directly implementing such solutions. Such products covered under these terms are;

1. Security Film
 

All security film are supplied and installed by Big Shot Security approved partners. Quality and craftmanship are sole responsibility of the partner. Big Shot Security will on a best effort basis oversee and insure the quality are at optimal levels.

Product warranties vary. Solar film installation can stress glass, potentially causing thermal shock or breakage, especially with pre-existing flaws. Most films come with a glass breakage warranty up to $400 per window unit. Windows over 40 sq. ft. are not covered. Warranty starts upon payment. Details available upon request.
 

At minimum all tempered glass needs silicone caulking with security film, available at extra cost if not included in your proposal. Caulking installed later requires payment at completion of film installation.

Films are trimmed close to the frame with small gaps (1/8” to 1/4” for thicker films). Minor bubbling and hazing can occur, disappearing within 30 days to 6 months, depending on film thickness. Dust may be trapped, but is rarely visible from 6 feet away. No warranty against contaminants, especially on exterior films.
